    All the bells & whistles again - We bring our smoker and/or our grill to your location and cook on site.  Fresh as always and served from our chaffers. And provide necessary SERVERS for your event (non-plated).  Will include:  SILVER (non-plastic) flatware, napkins, soda, water, tablecloths and tables if necessary.  Bride & groom table served with plated meals.
